OVERVIEW:

This workshop is for both churches setting up a safety team and for churches that are looking for ways to grow their team. As we discuss the steps to establish a team, we also provide keys to grow your team and build team spirit while being sure to keep your team spiritually feed. From fostering leadership support to proper documentation and insurance implications, we emphasis importance of team building, from selecting the safety team leader to training and integrating new members the goal is one team - one focus.

• How to gain Leadership support for the Safety Team

• How to identify and select safety team members

• Keys to maintain and grow your safety team

• Understand church and individual insurance requirements & liability

• Understand Civil Liability Immunity under Texas Law.
