OVERVIEW:

This session will discuss behavioral analysis and situational awareness for safety teams.

This proactive training is based on the US Secret Service protocols & methods to recognize abnormal persons & concerning behaviors in a worship environment. 

This training will also cover de-escalation strategies and tactics for dealing with individuals inside the church perimeter.

GOALS:

• Keys to identifying threats

• Increased situational Awareness

• Identify  emotional “tells”

• How to slow the escalation cycle

• How to set boundaries, convey optimism and offer choices

PRESENTER:

Bobby Brasher is the past Director of School Security for The Brook Hill School, He holds a Bachelor in Sociology with emphasis in Criminology and has a lengthy background in Education as well as Security and Law Enforcement.

Bobby is a Certified Police Academy Instructor and hold multiple State and Federal Law Enforcement Certifications
