OVERVIEW
Special events represent a unique safety challenge. We will discuss developing a risk profile for the event based on the speaker and the nature of the topic. We will address developing an “arrival /departure” plan, determining the security perimeters, and, if needed, extending the outer perimeter and coordinating with local law enforcement. With Christmas and related Holiday events coming this is an important and timely topic

Understand each step in the planning process
How to interoperate with Local Law Enforcement and other private security
How to build, communicate, coordinate and execute a Special Event Plan
